With the launch of a new version of the company’s flagship product came a whole suite of design challenges: mobile & desktop app UX, a brand refresh, icon design, and a complete website & documentation redesign done from the ground up with Node.js.
What began as a project to modernize and update the company’s app documentation developed into a broader re-evaluation of the design and construction of its entire brand and web presence.
Previously everything was spread out over a variety of technologies, and so the decision was made to consolidate everything under a single static page generator, which was built in-house using modern technologies, based on Node.js.
To go with it, I also standardized and refined the company’s brand identity, seeking to apply the updated look & feel of the company’s applications to the website, and to codify it for future use.
